How reputation management works

One system does two things: it goes back through the jobs you've already finished and asks properly, then it keeps asking on every job from here — automatically, through whatever CRM you already run. Here's exactly how each part works.

How does the recovery pass work?

We pull your finished-job list — usually the last 12 to 24 months — and message those past customers the same way we message new ones: a check-in first, then a review request with a direct Google link, then one reminder only if they haven't left one. Nobody gets blasted, and nobody gets skipped because their job closed eight months ago.

Typically 8–15% of past customers leave a review once they're asked properly. On a list of a few hundred finished jobs, that's usually a few dozen new reviews inside the first few weeks — the single biggest jump most owners see, and it's the part no forward-looking review tool touches, because there's nothing to automate once a job is already closed out in their system.

How does ongoing collection work?

Every job you complete from here on triggers the same three-step sequence: a check-in message first, a review request with a direct Google link a few days later, and one reminder only if they haven't left one. No blasting, no repeated nagging.

Which CRMs does it integrate with?

We hook into whatever you already run — no new software to learn, no separate login for you to check.

What happens when someone leaves a review?

Every five-star review gets a thoughtful reply within minutes, automatically. Anything four stars or under, we notify you directly instead — that's usually something worth addressing personally, and it's a chance to fix whatever caused it and turn it into a five-star customer. Your best five-star reviews also get pulled and posted to your Facebook and Instagram, so they keep working past the listing they were written on.

What do I see on my end?

No dashboard to log into and check. You get a plain report — reviews collected, where your count landed, and how you stack up against the shops you're actually competing with in search. If the system is working, you'll see it on your own Google listing before you see it in anything we send you.

How do you stay compliant?

  • Same request, same link, every customer. Nobody gets a different message based on how happy they seemed on the job.
  • Opt-out honored on everything. One reply and a customer is done, permanently.
  • Only people you actually served. No purchased lists, no contacts outside your own job history.
